Stayed up until 4:00am again. Marie put Amelia to sleep and fell along with her. I tried to wake her up but she chose to sleep. Marie is usually up later than me so I kind of like having that alone time to myself. I just need to manage it well. Played video games and then sat on the toilet. Got off when I almost fell asleep on my throne. How embarrassing. Tomorrow is Father’s Day. It will exist and I will indulge in my family. But for now I will think about how tired I am, but how happy that can also make me feel.
