Marie, surprisingly, had this Saturday off. That is a rare gift from retail. We spent it enjoying the morning slow, then going to a farmer’s market. However, I got diarrhea so we had to leave early. I got home, stayed sick for a bit, then took a nap. When I awoke I dozed with Marie and Amelia then we ran errands at target. From there I went home and baked some muffins and brownies for a bake sale a local activist organization was holding. I’ll do at them in the morning. I smoked my cigarillo on the patio, washed up, put Marie to bed, then enjoyed a movie with Marie. It was truly a lovely day.
