On the advice of a friend Marie and I got a mattress topper for our bed. It has been very nice. It’s a soft, memory foam one. It has immediately become part of our night time routine. I can’t speak for Marie, but I have been sleeping better. We finally took the jump with Amelia and got a mattress protector. No more diapers while she sleeps. She’s had accidents each night, but she’s a great sport. Marie and I remember to stay positive about it. She’ll grow up before we know it, and we want it to be happy. We all want to be happy.
