Marie worked the afternoon/evening shift again so it was Amelia and me locking it down. We had a lovely day together. After I got off work I took her to the small little water park at the park across the street. No water slides or anything, just a bunch of different fountains that shoot and spray water. She didn’t get super wet. She mainly walked around the perimeter and tried to make friends. It’s how it always goes but she didn’t flip out or anything which was nice. Then she played around the playground a bit and we enjoyed the evening together. Marie got off late, I smoked on the patio, then we had a very energized recording for our podcast. A grateful day, if I do say so myself.
